Delivery & Returns
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Czech Post, carefully packed to protect each item.
We treat every parcel with the same care as we do our collection — with respect for its history and beauty.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment. International delivery typically takes from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination. Each shipment includes a tracking number for peace of mind.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning the item. Returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
