If you decide to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Conditions of return:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of wear.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
- A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@eliniantique.com and include photos of the packaging and the item. We will assist with the carrier claim.
