All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic via Czech Post.
Each item is securely packed to ensure that glass and jewelry arrive safely and in perfect condition.

• Delivery within Europe: 5–10 business days
• Worldwide delivery (e.g., USA, Canada, Japan): 10–20 business days
• Every parcel includes a tracking number

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on customs procedures or local postal services.

• Some destinations (including Russia, Belarus, North Korea and certain other regions) may experience significant delays or delivery limitations.

We accept payments via Stripe (credit card) and PayPal.
All prices are listed in EUR (euros).

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer
• Once the item is received, a refund will be issued using the original payment method
