Nature of Goods We sell antiques, vintage and collectible items. These items are not new and may show signs of age, use or restoration. All condition details are described and documented with photographs. Orders and Contract An order becomes binding at the moment of submission. The customer receives an order confirmation by email. Prices and Payments All prices are final. [If you are not a VAT payer: The seller is not a VAT payer.] We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer. Shipping and Delivery Items are shipped via Czech Post within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Delivery time is usually up to 14 business days. Each parcel includes a tracking number. Returns The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or not as described. Condition of Goods Please note that the items offered are antiques and vintage goods. Such items may show minor imperfections which are not considered defects, but rather part of their character and value. Claims If the item arrives damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to file a claim. In such case, the seller will arrange a return or replacement. Right of Withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Czech Civil Code §18291. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

4. The deadline is met if the buyer sends the withdraw notice before the 14-day period has expired.The goods must be returned undamaged, preferably in the original packaging, to the above address
without undue delay, within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
5. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
6. The seller will refund all payments received (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the customer’s specifications,
- goods that have been irreversibly mixed with others after delivery.
Legal Framework These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
