Vintage Czech uranium glass necklace from the Art Deco era, featuring beautifully faceted beads in soft blue and amethyst tones.
Several of the larger elements are composed of two matching half-beads in contrasting colors, creating an elegant two-tone effect that reflects light beautifully when worn. The blue beads contain uranium glass and glow bright green under ultraviolet light.
The necklace is finished with the original spring ring clasp marked “Made Czechoslov”, indicating production in Czechoslovakia during the early 20th century.
These beads were likely produced in the historic glassmaking region of Jablonec nad Nisou (Bohemia), famous worldwide for its finely cut glass jewelry.
A striking and collectible Art Deco necklace with excellent vintage character.
