A bold and elegant Bohemian Art Deco decanter set dating to the interwar period (circa 1920s–1940s), crafted in richly colored ruby red glass.
The set consists of a geometrically formed decanter with its original stopper and five matching faceted shot glasses. The strong vertical lines and architectural silhouette are characteristic of Central European Art Deco design.
The ruby tone is exceptionally vibrant and luminous, with excellent clarity and depth. Press-moulded and carefully polished, the glass displays refined craftsmanship typical of Northern Bohemian production of the period.
Though unmarked, the form and quality suggest Czechoslovak origin.
Very good vintage condition.
Minor flea bites to some glass edges, light wear to the base, and a small surface scratch (see photos). No cracks or repairs. The set displays beautifully.
